Key Information Document

We are required by the Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products (“PRIIPs”) Regulation to publish a Key Information Document (“KID”) to help potential investors understand the nature, risk and costs of an investment in our shares and to allow comparison with other investments. The disclosure requirements of the regulations are highly prescriptive, both in terms of the calculations underlying the numbers and the narrative.  We have very limited ability under the regulations to add context and explanations to this document.  We therefore suggest that the KID should be used in conjunction with other material produced by the Company including the annual and interim reports, AIM Admission Documents and our shareholder presentations, all of which are available on this website.
